I am 22. I am 6 feet in height and weighing 320 lb. I shape (obviously), but I have a decent amount of my days of lifting muscle. Im trying to get off at 220 as soon as possible (about 11-12 months). What is the best diet to burn fat and maintain muscle? I run 20 minutes a day and a lift. My MSG is 2824.
