Sprinkle of crystals on your food and weight loss

-Is this just me or the diet aid becoming more bizarre?

We had "Reeks" - chocolate aspirez.Et now, the newest craze ahead of crystals.

Tiny crystals that you sprinkle on your food.Not sound too appealing?

Crystals, called Sensa granules, improve the smell of food, which means that it tastes better (smell can count up to 90% of what we experience as a food "taste") .they have been developed by neurologist Dr. Alan Hirsch (odour flavours treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago) in 2008.

Sensa Web site says that:

By improving the smell, Sensa sweet were designed to help speed up the process and raise your "I feel full" signal, you eat less and feel more satisfied.

Sensa is currently on sale in America, costs $ 59 for one month in the country cristaux.Autres provision should start selling their soon.Weight loss is encouraged by the promise that they can carry on eating exactly that already eating, without counting calories or exercise: the only change is that they sprinkle Sensa crystals on all meals and snacks.

However, some experts are sceptical about Sensa use as an aid to diète.Dominic Dwyer (a Neuropsychologist at Cardiff University, the United Kingdom), stated that the idea behind Sensa was good, but:

A whiff of succulent food can be simply eat plus.Ce stuff should be used very carefully.
